PSYCHSCOUT POLICIES

California privacy information

How California privacy requests relate to PsychScout’s professional contact-list service.

Revised September 17, 2026

Professional data can be personal information

A name, identifiable professional email, NPI, or location record can relate to an individual even when used for business. PsychScout discloses professional contact records to paying customers; this activity must be considered when assessing sale-of-information obligations.

Requests and choices

Where the CCPA applies, rights can include knowing, correcting, deleting, opting out of sale or sharing, and protection against unlawful discrimination. Use the Privacy requests page to submit a request without a customer account. Applicable rules and exceptions determine how each request is handled.

Read together with our privacy policy

The privacy policy explains the service’s information categories, uses, recipients, and browser storage. This page does not claim that publishing a notice alone establishes CCPA compliance or data-broker registration.
