What you are buying
PsychScout provides professional contact records, not patient information or a clinical service. The Finder lets you select psychiatry specialties, states, and contact availability. A masked preview is a sample, not the entire purchased file. Fields may be missing, and more than one record may relate to the same professional. Review the selection and price before placing an order.
Your account and authority
Use accurate account and billing details. You must be an adult and have authority to purchase for the organization you represent. Keep your account credentials and download links private. Notify support if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
Price and payment
Prices and order totals are in U.S. dollars (USD). The current minimum order is $50. The available payment options are those shown at checkout; a provider logo does not imply endorsement of PsychScout. Review any provider-side conversion charges before authorizing payment. A confirmed order’s specifications and price should be kept with your payment receipt.
Verification and delivery
Email verification takes place before delivery of the database file, not while you browse. Previously saved email-check results and available-address counts can differ from the final results. Verification does not promise inbox placement, replies, sales, or permission to contact anyone. Files are delivered digitally through My downloads when prepared; payment completion and file readiness are different states. Confirm a required delivery deadline and any minimum final email count before paying. Delivery follows confirmed payment and completion of database verification.
Permitted use of purchased records
Use the purchased list for your organization’s lawful professional outreach and internal research. Do not resell, republish, sublicense, or distribute it as a competing database without written permission. You remain responsible for the purpose, content, recipients, and legal basis of your communication. Observe opt-outs and applicable email, telephone, and text-message rules.
Unacceptable use
Do not use the service for phishing, impersonation, harassment, unlawful bulk messaging, or misleading affiliation claims. Do not bypass masking, access another customer’s files, or interfere with the platform. Do not use a contact list as a clinical credential check, a patient record, or the sole basis for a high-impact decision about a person.
Order problems and cancellation requests
Contact support with the order reference and an explanation if you receive the wrong selection, a damaged file, a duplicate charge, or no delivery. For a data-quality request, provide the affected records and evidence relevant to the agreed specifications, rather than sending an entire unrelated campaign database. Please raise quality issues within seven calendar days of delivery so they can be investigated promptly; this request does not shorten mandatory legal rights. Failed delivery
If all or part of the purchased database cannot be delivered as agreed, PsychScout will provide new verified records to replace the failed portion or refund the amount attributable to that portion. For a partially failed delivery, the remedy covers the failed part of the order. Contact Support with your order reference and the missing or failed portion so we can review it and confirm the replacement or refund. Mandatory legal rights and payment-provider dispute rights remain unaffected.
Responsibility and legal rights
Contact details and professional circumstances can change. We do not promise a particular campaign result or that every field is complete. These limitations do not excuse failure to provide what was agreed, fraud, or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here removes applicable consumer rights or a payment provider’s dispute procedures.
Changes and questions
Updated terms apply prospectively and do not silently change the specifications of an already accepted order. Contact PsychScout before purchase if a requirement is essential to your use of the file. Privacy, delivery, and legal notices are linked below.
