PSYCHSCOUT POLICIES

Privacy requests — do not sell or share

Ask about a professional record, request a correction or removal, or exercise an applicable privacy right without creating an account.

Revised September 17, 2026

Choose the request you need

You can ask for access to your information, correction of inaccurate details, deletion, or an opt-out of sale or sharing where applicable. PsychScout’s professional contact-list product is relevant to these requests; this page is not limited to advertising cookies.

How to contact us

Open Contact us and choose Privacy / record removal. State the action you want, your name, and enough professional information to locate the record, such as an NPI, listing URL, or the email address concerned. Provide a reply address for follow-up. A customer account or purchase is not required.

Limit what you send

Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, patient information, or a government identity document in the initial request. Where verification is necessary for access or deletion, any further request should be proportionate to the information involved. An authorized representative can explain their authority to act for the person.

What a request covers

Browser storage controls affect the device you use; they do not remove a database listing. A request about PsychScout does not automatically reach independent businesses that already hold a copy of your details. Explain any known downstream use in your message so the issue can be considered under applicable law.

Rights and response

Applicable privacy law determines the rights, deadlines, and exceptions that apply to a request, including rights to complain to a regulator. You should not receive unlawful discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right. If the form is unavailable, the Support page also accepts guest conversations.
